At Poly & Bark, we want you to love your new furniture, which is why we offer a 30-day return window starting from the day of delivery. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, our team is here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized freight pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
